It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Allen (Lunenburg, Nova Scotia), born in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earle Getson and Frances Getson (Johnston); and her brothers, Lloyd and Bob (Harold Veinot). She is survived by: her sons, Stephen, LaHave and Christopher (Connie Dea) of Bridgewater; her grandson James; and her great grandchild Chloe.
