She was predeceased by: her parents, Eric Emeneau and Jean Emeneau; her sister Sylvia Emeneau; and her former husband Rodney Corkum. She is survived by: her husband Franklin Himmelman; her grandson Callum Corkum; and her sons, Brain Corkum (Elizabeth Fraser), Ian and Brian.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (65 Fox St, Lunenburg, NS B0J2C0).

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to a charity of choice in her memory.
