It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Douglas Frederic Byers of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Angus Byers and Frances Byers (Bezanson); and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette (Chisholm); his daughters, Laura (Ben) of Halifax, Michelle (Darryl) of Kentville, Nicole (Cat) of Bridgewater, Olivia (Scott) of Lunenburg and Philicity (Jenna) of Ottawa; and his grandson Jake. He is also survived by his loving mother-in-law, many brothers- and sisters-in-law, and lots of nieces and nephews.
