He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Cooper and Marjorie Cooper (Selig); his wife Nancy Miller; his brothers, Franky, Bobby, Johny, Gary, Georgie and Gilbert; and his stepdaughter Bonnie Adams.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Susan, Nancy, Darlene (Lee), Neil (Barb), Mark and Sandra (Willie); his half-siblings, Joan Chevrier and Jerry Parsons (Gladys); his extended family, Eddy, Sharon Jesso, Jonathan (Holly) and Lisa-Mae (Adam); and his grandsons, Antonio and Austin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or the Kidney Foundation of Canada - NS.
