He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Minard and Marguerite Rachael Minard (Dorey); his siblings, Judy Sprung, Mary Ferguson, Loraine Cure, Douglas Minard and Daniel Minard; and his nephew Nicholas Legge.
He is survived by: his wife Olga; his children, Donna Crouse (Robert) and Paul (Thanh) of Niagara Falls, ON; his siblings, Dawn Minard (Jack), Kimberly Hopps (John), Larry Anley of Ontario, Roger Minard of Ontario and Darryl Sprung (Jenn) of Ontario; his grandchildren, Megan Crouse (Taylor), Matthew Crouse and Jordan Minard; and his great grandchild Nona Hutchinson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch # 23, Lunenburg, Lunenburg Food Bank or the Bluenose Academy Lunch and Breakfast Programs.
