Pamela Mary Steel Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pamela Mary Steel of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 15, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smirke and Hilda Smirke (Surgey); and her sisters, Margaret Dorothy Smirke and Janet Latham. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Anne Reid (Alan) of Kelowna, BC, Jane Moffat Schnare (Steel) and Margaret "Abigail" Steel of Rossland, BC; her sisters, Judy Snook, Exeter and England; her grandchildren, Leanne Baxter, Tanya Reid, Brittany, Riley Schnare, Kyla, Skye and Landon Fisher; and her great grandchildren, Mason and William Baxter.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Veteran's Unit of the Fishermen's Memorial Hospital or to the Poppy Fund of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 74, Wolfville.
