He is survived by: his parent Effie Conrad (Dauphinee); his children, Catherine Dares (Brian) of Bayport, Sharon Conrad, Bridgewater Lantz, Janet Lantz (Kevin) and Howard Conrad (Dale) of Dayspring; and his grandchildren, Adam (Krista), Jeffrey (Candice), Derek (Christie), Bradley (Chantal) and Christopher (Mary Beth).
