She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Swinimer and Jean Swinimer (Hyson); her husband Wilfred Lorraine Wentzell; her siblings, June Ernst (Perry), Evelyn Rafuse (Donald), Karl and Cecil; and her siblings-in-law, Walter (Florence), Lawrence (Edna), Paul Wentzell and Bertha Peterson (Karl).

She is survived by: her son Wilfred (Diane); her grandsons, Douglas (Christina) and Andrew (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Noah, Catherine, Matthew, Andrew Jr. and Charlotte; her sister Rita Hiltz; and her sisters-in-law, Elaine Swinimer, Doreen Wentzell and Oakland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
