It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nadine Duffney of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her close friend Jenn Pittman. She is survived by: her parents, Clarence Duffney and Paulette Duffney (Taylor) of Rose Bay; her children, Mya Skinner of Lunenburg and Axle Duffney of Rose Bay; and her siblings, Shelly Penny of Halifax, Denise Hall (Larry), Vaughn, Tracy Cooke (Philip) of Chester Basin, Brad Duffney Blockhouse (Anna) and Dougie MacDonald of LaHave. She is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews and nieces and 4 great nieces.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 1213 Hwy. # 3, Lunenburg where a gathering to celebrate Nadine's life will be held on Sat. October 16, 2021 from 3-5 p. m. Covid-19 Restrictions to apply for the gathering with Masks and providing Proof of Vaccination.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Pro Kids or to a charity of your choice.
