With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Hickey (Lunenburg, Nova Scotia), born in Marystown, Newfoundland, who passed away on March 8, 2018 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Fitzpatrick; her children, James Hodder and Linda Hodder; and her siblings, Pat Fitzpatrick and Joan Rowlands.

She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Fitzpatrick (Drake); her significant other Clyde Spindler; her children, Teresita Hodder, Martins River, Carol-Anne Hodder, Lower Branch and Donald (Colleen Skinner); her stepson Scott; her grandchildren, Thomas Skinner, Tara Johnson, Brandace Hodder and Jayde Hodder; her great grandchild Chace Hodder; her siblings, Marguerite Power (Walter), Mercedes Cheeseman (Jim), Lenora Antle (Wayne), Bernadette Dicks (Bill), Phil Fitzpatrick (Marion) and Wally Fitzpatrick; her siblings-in-law, Linda Fitzpatrick and Jerome Rowlands; and also Bayport. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to South Shore Regional Hospital, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
