We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2020, Marilyn Joan Dares (Lunenburg, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Tanner and Mayola Tanner; her husband Rayburn; and her brothers, Owen and Edgil.

She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Charlton (Richard), Belinda Dauphinee (Paul), Gary (Lisa) and Raymond (Lee-Ann); and her siblings, Linda and Gary. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Barnabas' Anglican Church, Blue Rocks, Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or Diabetes Canada.
