She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Mailman; and her brother Keith. She is survived by: her mother Pearl Mailman (Varner); her husband Gerald "Jerry" Allen Lowe; her sons, Ryan Lowe (Emilie) and Darren Lowe (Felicia Sproule); her granddaughters, Rachel, Audrey, Elena, Abigail and Ava; her siblings, Edith Whitman (Ron), Karen Sullivan (Lower Branch), Patricia Robar (Steam Mills), Jacqueline Foster (Edmonton) and Darrell Mailman (Valerie); and her sister-in-law Norma Mailman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Springfield Baptist Church, VON Lunenburg County branch or the South Shore Hospice Palliative Care Society.
