It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Francis (Lunenburg, Nova Scotia), born in Hermitage, Newfoundland, who passed away on July 24, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Harris and Bertha Harris (Rose); her husband Oliver; her grandson Jeffrey Lilly; and her brothers, Hubert and Gordon.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Lilly (Roland), Raymond Francis (Mary) of Lunenburg and Hubert Francis (Dianna) of Lunenburg; her grandchildren, Shannon Sherri (Liam), Rodney (Kim), Ryan Terry (Alexandria), Shawn, Nicholas (Jessica), David (Alicia) and Stephen (Lisa); her granddaughter-in-law Coleen; her siblings, Margaret Blagdon of Coombs Cove, NL and Wesley Harris (Donna) of Hermitage, NL; and her sister-in-law Clara Harris of Hermitage, NL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
