It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Milford Frank (Lunenburg, Nova Scotia), born in New Germany, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Clair and Doris Daphne Frank (Collicutt); his brother Sheldon; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne MacDonald and Eric Snell.
He is survived by: his children, Lesa Frank, Lowell Jr., Laurie Frank (Nineveh) and Lyndon (Parkdale); his grandchildren, James and Colby; his siblings, Caroline Zwicker (Alfred), Melba MacDonald, Parkdale, Linda Snell, Brenda Zwicker (Max), New Cornwall and Milford Frank (Alice); and his sister-in-law Cheryll Frank. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
