He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Janet Corkum (Dolimount) of Lunenburg and Merlyn Corkum; his wife Shelley Thompson; his sons, Josh Corkum (Natashja Summerfield), Lilydale and Justin Corkum (Crystal Tanner); his granddaughter Maicey; his siblings, Karen Bustin (Blair) and Kevin Spectacle Lakes (Doreen); his niece Kayleigh Beach; and his nephew Benjamin Bustin. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to SHAID Tree Animal Shelter, IWK Grace Health Centre or to a charity of your choice.
