She was predeceased by: her parents, Moore Richard and Doris Richard (Conrad); her brother Walter; her sister-in-law Edith; her nephew Tony Richard; and her sister Janet.
She is survived by: her siblings, Murray and Mildred Rafuse (Maynard); her nephews, Dale Rafuse (Cathy), Cove, Kenneth Rafuse, Robert Rafuse (Lynette), River, Andy Richard (Debbie) and Martock; her friend Wayne Hiltz; and also Joan Richard.
A grave-side service at the West LaHave cemetery and a celebration of her life will be held on her favorite day, her birthday, next April 24, depending on Covid-19 restrictions.
Memorial donations can be made to the LaHave Volunteer Fire Department of a charity of your choice through the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 11213 Hwy. # 3, Lunenburg.
