He was predeceased by: his parents, Collon Conrad and Evangeline Conrad (Knickle); and his brothers, Gilbert, Gregory and David.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Mary Conrad and Rosalean Conrad-Skinner (Shawn); his nieces, Wendy Stewart (Brad), Krista Conrad-Whynot (Trevor), Trudy DeMone (Al), Tanners Settlement and Amanda Conrad (Blair); and also Ryan Conrad (Tania). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and a great great niece.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Riverview Enhanced Living, Dayspring.
