It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald Tanner of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 29, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Tanner and Althea Tanner (Tanner) of Lunenburg; and his great grandchild Kyle Corkum. He is survived by: his wife Joan (Rodeniser); his daughters, Cathryn Varner of Shelburne, NS and Gail (Michael) of Shelburne, NS; his stepchildren, Deborah Anderson (Wayne) and Gary Rodeniser (Tina); and his sister Ruth Dalton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia.
