He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Strum and Lillian Strum; his brothers-in-law, Bobby Wentzell and Reid Risser; and his uncle Harold Strum.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Michelle and Melinda; his grandson Holden MacLennan; his siblings, Fran Rafuse, Barbara Adams (Gary), Uda Robar, Nancy Sologuk (Ted) and Walter Strum (Eileen); and his brothers-in-law, John (Marie) and Jim Wentzell. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, if those desire memorial donations may be made to The VON, Lunenburg County or to the Fishermen's Memorial Monument, Lunenburg.
