He was predeceased by: his parents, Aileen McDonnell and Vincent McDonnell; his brothers, Robert and Tom; and his brother-in-law Gerry Stibbard.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Catharine McDonnell (Leonard); his son David Inglis (Emily Mason); his grandchildren, Katherine and Asher; his sister Joan Stibbard; his siblings-in-law, Michael Leonard, Sandy McDonnell and Pat McDonnell; and his pet Mary Catharine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
