He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kitchener and Julia McNabb (Caldwell); his son Jeffrey Earl McNabb; and his close friend Raymond Moses (Cathy). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Carole McNabb (MacNichol); his daughter Heather Publicover (Chad); his grandchildren, Colby Rice Northfield (Jessica), Joshua Rice Wentzell Lake (Erika) and Jordan Publicover Newburne (Emma); his great grandchildren, Antoine McCarthy and Northfield; his grandchildren, Audrey Rice, Wentzell Lake, David Rice, Northfield and George Rice; and his brother Gary McNabb St (Marie).
