She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hubley and Wilhelmina Hubley (Birch); her son Norman; and her husband Gordon. She is survived by: her children, Janet (Deans Corner) and David; her grandchildren, Holly, Blake, Ashley and Cody; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Masyn, Mekaila and Wesley.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home (11213 Nova Scotia Trunk 3, Lunenburg, NS B0J 2C0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
