He was predeceased by: his parent Russell Williams; his sister Connie Cook; and his nephew Brian Cook. He is survived by: his parent Mildred Williams (Norman); his wife Inez Yvonne Blackadar; his stepson Christopher Gardner of Alberta; his stepgrandchildren, Melissa Gardner of Alberta and Candace Gardner of Australia; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Laura Ivan and Laylah Ivan; his brother-in-law Harry Cook of Bridgewater; his niece Tina Blinn; and his nephew Charles Cook.

No flowers by request, donations may be made to Lakeside Cemetery fund or charity of choice.
