He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kirkham and Katie Beatrice Victoria Brown; and his brothers, James (Jim), Bobby and Teddy.

He is survived by: his wife Zaz; his children, Kim Hollon (Marc), Martin Kirkham (Marcia) and London; his grandchildren, Shane (Matty), Alexander, Fleur and George; his great grandchildren, Luella and Arlo; his stepchildren, Rachel, Debbi and Steve; and his sisters, Sheila Biddle (Lennie) and Barbara Codrington.
