He was predeceased by: his parents, Colin Mullins and Mabel Mullins (Leslie); his son Roger; and his brother Peter. He is survived by: his wife Gillian; his daughter Julia Mullins (Nils Steina); his grandchildren, Helena, Sophia of Stavanger, Norway and Rosalind (David Chiasson); his great grandchildren, Jake and Charlie of Dartmouth; his son Clive (Ingrid); and his grandchildren, Maia and Zoe.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to Rotary International would be appreciated by the family.
