With strength, caring and compassion, over 3000 people shared a collective focus. People doing a difficult task wanting to make a difference and helping other people. “Our hearts were saddened when we heard of dear Dave’s passing. We have the best memories of this good man. A man of great character, we know him best as a dear husband to cousin Anna, and a loving father to his family. When we visited the family home we always appreciated Dave’s hearty welcome, his sense of humour, and a story or two. One that stands out is when he was called to Margaret Bay near the site of the terrible crash of SwissAir flight 111.”
