He was predeceased by: his parents, Rector Mason and Jennie Mason (Lohnes); his wife Doris; and his siblings, Evelyn, Marilyn, Gordon, Franklyn and James.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Mason of Mount Uniacke, Brian Lunenburg (April) and Karl of Bridgewater; his brother Leslie (Barbara); his grandchildren, Scott, Ryan, Vanessa, Rebecca, Alicia and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Ashton, Deegan and Mya. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Flowers from the immediate family only, memorial donations may be made to Central United Church, the Veteran's Unit of Fishermen's Memorial Hospital or to Fishermen's Memorial Hospital.
