Barbara Risser Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Risser of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 27, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Lohnes and Selena Lohnes (Tanner); and her siblings, Beatrice Rhind, Margaret Leroux, Joan McCluskey, Rayburn, Murray, Freddie and Earl.
She is survived by: her husband William "Billy"; her nieces, Gale Fullerton, Susan Gray, Karen Lohnes, Priscilla Gonzales, Vivian Risser and Brenda Lohnes; and her nephew Dale Lohnes.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Fishermen's Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
