She is survived by: her children, Stephanie (Mike) of Chester Basin, NS, Bonita (Ken) of Quispamsis, NB, Susan Joy of Charlottetown, PEI and Derek (Suzanne); her grandchildren, Breanne, Marshall (Kathleen), Samantha, Taylor, Courtney and Alex (Hilary); her great grandchild Elizabeth; and her siblings, Verona and Lorne of Waskatenau, AB..
In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara's memory can be made to the Girl Guides of Canada, Shaid Tree Animal Shelter, or Fishermen's Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg.
