He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Cook and Ruth Cook; and his brothers, Jeffrey and Albert. He is survived by: his wife Susan (Morrison); his sons, Hansel and Adrian (Sandra); his stepdaughter Sarah Morrison; his sister Ann Loewen (Helmut); his grandchildren, Theo, Charlotte and Mila; and his siblings-in-law, John Morrison, Heather Mowry (David) and Jan (June).
