It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aileen Elizabeth Tanner (Lunenburg, Nova Scotia), who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Aileen and Nellie Tanner Aileen (Greek); her husband Hazen; her son Eric; and her brother Cedric.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Tanner; her grandchildren, Tony Mosher (Leslie), Wellington, Heidi MacDonald (Andrew), Middle LaHave and Erika Ferguson (Alex); her great grandchildren, Talon, Brittany, Tristan, Saige and Liam; and her great great grandchild Harvey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Lower Blue Rocks Cemetery or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
