He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clayton and Vera Carter (Byers); and his daughter Leeann Carter. He is survived by: his stepfather Harry Carter; his wife Rosemary Carter (Parsons); his children, Raymond B. C., Clayton Hammonds Plains (Debbie) and Tamara; his siblings, Sharon David and Lonnie; his grandchildren, Ryan Chinn, Sandra McIntyre, Travis Lindsay, Brady Lindsay, Mason Carter, Monica Carter, Mark Sparks and Aniya Carter; his niece Danielle Parsons; his nephews, Arnel Carter, Brian "Puppy" David and Lonnie Murphy; his uncle Nelson Byers (Olive); and his aunts, Shirley Brown (Byers) and Cora Howe of Halifax. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
There will be No visitation or funeral service at this time due to Covid 19 restrictions.
