She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Lucas and Alma Lucas (Wilson); her husband Guy Wilfred Parsons; her sister Norma Lucas; her brother-in-law Aubrey Lucas; her son-in-law Hector Peterson; her grandson Corey Lucas; and her nephew Ross.

She is survived by: her children, Angela (Harold), Lois (Barry), Lisa, Trevor (Heather), Floyd (Debbie) and Stacy (Michelle); and her nieces and nephews, Gladys (Murray), Charlene, Natalie, Gary (Dale), Irvin (Joyce), Glen (Peggy), Darrel (Ann) and Joey (Sandy). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
