It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James David Dowd (Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Charles Dowd; and his son Kyle James Dowd. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Dowd (Petrie); his daughter Jennifer Khan (Dowd); his granddaughters, Lily Marchand and Lydia Renshaw; and his siblings, Bernard Dowd, Elizabeth Munroe (Dowd), Randy Dowd and Theresa Snow (Dowd). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home Sackville Chapel (125 Sackville Dr, Lower Sackville, NS B4C2R3). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Knox United Church (567 Sackville Dr, Lower Sackville, NS B4C2S4).
