Helen May Douglas Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen May Douglas (Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia), born in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 21, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Benjamin and Helena May Manuel (Isenor); her husband John; and her siblings, Carleton, Lawrence, Milton, Kenneth, Ronald, Waybourne and Gladys.
She is survived by: her children, Glenys (Krueger), Porter (Philip) and Lori-Dawn Krueger; her grandson Michael Bruce; her stepgrandson Scott Porter (Kristen); her great grandchild Emma Bruce (Halifax); and her sisters, Glenys Naugle and Elizabeth Skerry. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (77 Beaver Bank Rd, Lower Sackville, NS B4C2S6).
