It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Candido Francis Corra of Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Candido Corra and Guiseppina Corra; his son Robert; and his siblings, Primo, Esterina, Umberto and Maria.

He is survived by: his wife Anna Maria; his grandchildren, Christopher, Nicholas and Sarah; his great grandchildren, Oaklynn and Nevaeh; his siblings, Eugenio, Giovanni, Alma, Luigi, Renato, Antonio, Gino, Noella, Carmelo, Doris, Lorenzo and Marilyn Arnoldin; and also, John (Louanne) and David (Brady). He is also survived by brothers and sisters in law.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home (1110 Old Sackville Rd, Middle Sackville, NS B4E3A6). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Saint Catherine of Siena Church (6476 Bayers Rd, Halifax, NS B3L2B1).
