Barry Harrison Parsons Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2024, at the age of 65, Barry Harrison Parsons (Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia), born in Lucasville, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Geraldine Oliver, Gordon Parsons, Wilburn and Evelyn Wyse; his brother Wade Parsons; and his close friend Lonnie Carter.

He is survived by: his children, Cora Hunt and Colin Hunt of Edmonton, Alberta; his parents, Rayfield Parsons and Velma Parsons of Lucasville; his siblings, Ivan Wyse, Richard, Cedric Parsons Lucasville and Danika Samuels (Stanford Williams); his uncles, Garnet and Curtis Parsons; his cousin David Parsons; and his close friends, Osborn Parsons and Jerome Jessome. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Lucasville United Baptist Church.
