With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alexis Brooke McDougall (Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Alexis left this world on December 4, 2024 at the age of 10, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandmother Helena Quinn. She is survived by: her parents, Joseph McDougall and Elizabeth Mosher; her grandparents, Tom, Jocelyn Mosher, Linda Mosher (Toby Dykeman) and Frank Quinn; her aunts and uncles, Wanda Wobma (Troy), Jody McDougall, Peter Mosher (Lisa Gowan) and Mark Mosher; her cousins, Benjamin and Jason Wobma; and her caregivers, Tina Arnoldin, Kelly Gray, Kailyn Leitao and Emily Durnford.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home Sackville Chapel (125 Sackville Dr, Lower Sackville, NS B4C2R3). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.

If preferred, donations in memory of Lexi can be made to Mito Canada or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

I know how much she ment to so many people and my heart broke when I heard the news ,especially for her mom, being a mom of a 11 year old myself breaks my heart for her to feel that loss . I felt like I knew her through several nurses esp Emily who told me how much she loved balloons and how she always surprised Lexi with birthday balloons and how her face would like up .
