She was predeceased by: her parents, George Nelson and Julie Nelson (Dease); her husband Blair Marchand; her brother Terry Nelson; and her stepbrother Miles Oickle.
She is survived by: her children, Julieann Marchand (Sandy Ley) and Troy Marchand (Kelly Rowsell); her grandchildren, Brady Ley, Colton, Nora Marchand and Fort MacMurray; and her sister Debbie Nelson.
In compliance with Nova Scotia's COVID-19 public health regulations, proof of double vaccination and a picture ID must be shown to attend the visitation or funeral.
