He is survived by: his wife Lauren Ayer-Millar; his daughter Fiona Perrin (Lee); his stepdaughter Angela Scott; his sons, David Millar (Jessica) and Steven O'Brien (Denise); his stepson Matthew Scott (Dana); his grandchildren, Alexander Nicholas Perrin, Alexis Scott Matthews, Leland Medford and Zakary Scott; and his siblings, Jimmy Millar (Heather) of Scotland, David Millar (Barbara) of Scotland, Colin Millar of Scotland, Avis (Gary), Heather Moline (Steve) and Virginia.
