Cecil Alexander Landry Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Alexander Landry (Louisdale, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 16, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Verona (Burns); his uncle Norman Burns; and his close friend Doug Sampson. He is survived by: his wife Paula (Samson); his children, Meaghan (Jarrett), Emily (Austin) and Trevor Landry (Port Hawkesbury); his father Cecil Sr.; his brothers, Blair (Jean) and Patrick (Cheryl); his parent-in-law David; his siblings-in-law, Danielle (Kevin Hart), Nadine (Ian Carmichael) and Jason Samson (Jennifer); his nieces and nephews, Kayla, Ashley, Mary, Jacey, Sophie, Nigel, Brett and Carter; his great-nephew Reid; his great-niece Olivia; his daughter Sheila Jaegar of Sooke, BC; and his close friends, Wendell, Darryl, Mark and Ronnie. He is also survived by his children; he worked hard at his lifelong job at Port Hawkesbury Paper, never hesitating to offer a helping hand; and, he worked hard at his job of being a thoughtful son, caring brother and good friend.
