She was predeceased by: her husband Ervin; her parents, Augustus Hibbs and Eva Hibbs; and her siblings, Mabel, Jim, Jessie, George, John and Marion.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn (Pam) and Michelle (Toby); her grandchildren, Nicole (Fergal), Marc, Kyle (Amanda) and Aaron (MacKenzi); her great grandchildren, Jensen and Alora; and her brother Ralph (Dolly).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Laura may be made to the Alzheimer's society Nova Scotia or MacGillivary Guest Home.
