It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Ruth (Riggs) Troke (Louisbourg, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 4, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Riggs and Martha Riggs (Mayo); and her husband Stanley Troke. She is survived by: her sons, Joe (Giselle) and Stanley (Tish); her grandsons, William (Megan) and James (Sarahlyn); her siblings, Susan Kennedy (Brian), Junior Riggs (Frances), Caroline Martell (Tommy) and Margaret Anthony; and her parents-in-law, Tony Troke (Treena), Roy Troke (Marilyn), Sharon Zablaska (John), Gordon Troke, Ellen Cross (Milton) and Tracy Troke (Gaye).
