He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elroy Williams and Rhoda Williams (Thompson); his wife Charlene; his daughter Fabyan Burke (Peter); his grandson Finnley; and his siblings, Raymond, Harvey, Earl, Mayola, Fern and Eileen Stephens. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, Brother & Sister in Laws.
