He was predeceased by: his parents, Naaman Cook and Jennie Cook (Parks); and his siblings, Alma Tanner (Donnie), Newton (Kaye), Roseville (Edna) and Gerald.
He is survived by: his wife Merna Arleen Cook (Mosher); and his sister-in-law Maxine Cook of Bridgewater.
