He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patrick Fogarty and Elva Fogarty; his wife Renee Fogarty (Merrimen); his children, Ryan (Nobuko) and Timothy; his granddaughter Keilai; his siblings, Carolyn Mundle (late Bill), Janet Walsh (Brian), Frank Fogarty (Pierrette), Diana Fogarty, Wayne Fogarty (Mary Ann Carlos) and Terry Fogarty (Susan); and his niece Patti Shea (Rob Alexander). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
