It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Young (Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia), born in Dawlish, South West, who passed away on August 12, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Harry Hill; her husband Lawrence Young; her children, Rosemarie Bent and Dennis Young; and her son-in-law Terry Moore.

She is survived by: her parent Catherine Hill (Clarke); her children, Barbara Moore of North Williamston, Carolyn Caines (Jim) of Brickton, Christina Roosje (Peter) of Clarence, Pamela Mullen and Merwyn Young (Honey) of New Minas; and her children-in-law, Edith Oliver (Young) of Greenwood and Lowell Bent. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Donations in Phyllis's memory may be made to the Veterans Unit, Soldiers Memorial Hospital.
