He is survived by: his wife Dawn (Blackmore); his children, Nikki, Jamie and Jeff; his stepchildren, Jason, Amy and Emily; his grandchildren, Makayla, Samantha, Michael, Maddie, Chloe, Aiden and Keegan; and his siblings, Denise, Lynn, Bonnie, Tina and Kenney. He is also survived by his family and friends.
