He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Janice Bayers (Norman), Andrew (Rachel) and Bruce; his grandchildren, Raeann, Grace, Colton, Chad and Clinton; his great grandchildren, Carter, Ophelia and Rhett; his nieces, Neta Decker and Beverley Puff; and his nephew Keith MacDonald.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Calvin United Church.
