She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Peddie and Doris Peddie (Hook); her husband Ron Witt; her sister Mary Yorke; her daughter-in-law Shareen Witt; her siblings-in-law, Ron Yorke and Lynne Peddie (Dave Kinniburgh); her stepmother Ethel Mae Peddie; and her nephews, Timothy Yorke and Elliott Peters.

She is survived by: her children, Paul, Mark (Marilyn), Dawn (Derek D'Arcy), Tanis and Colleen; and her grandchildren, Luke (Chelsie), Alyshia (Steve), Taisto, Jenni (Robb), Trevor (Michelle), Bradley, Sara (Ben), Tyler, Cole (Jennifer), Kelson (Ashley) and Liam. She is also survived by Seven Great Grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
